person and they certainly can’t beat nature completely. And anyway, fighting your natural processes is hardly a healthy method for life and
you will have much more success working in conjunction with nature where possible. People often take solace in “thinking young” and living
a more youthful and energetic lifestyle. Take a trip, stay close to your family, go outdoors often, and enjoy life! That is the best advice
possible in terms of staying young.
