Water makes up for 70% of our body. In turn, it can be found within our largest organ, which is our skin. If we don’t think about our health and diet, we will end up with dry skin, one that looks like old leather. Drinking other forms of liquid is just not enough. In fact, some of them may just have too much sugar in them. Not only will we gain weight, we are also increasing our chances of getting different forms of ailments.
